The SCS Cougars boys basketball team will be playing in the Grace Christian Tournament in Louisville starting Saturday at 12:40 p.m. Please come out and support the Cougars!

Inclement Weather!
The safety and security of your child is of utmost importance to us. We monitor the weather using the NOAA Weather Alert System, WCBI and the MSU meteorology department. Closings will be announced on the school answering machine (662-323-7453), SCS Facebook, and WCBI.

SCS Science Fair Winners!
Seventh graders Anna Carr and Treasure Heath, eighth graders Kennedy Burgreen, Austin Kibler, David Usher and Rosa Webster and junior Caleb Jordan were all winners at the local SCS Science Fair. They will all advance to the Mississippi Region V Science and Engineering Fair on campus at Mississippi State University on February 14, 2012.
Note: SCS has placed winners at the state level for the last four years, and has advanced winners to the International Science Fair in San Jose for the last two years straight!
Local Manufacturing Company Recognizes Student's Patriotism
