Admission requirements for Returning Families
An Application, Agreement of Cooperation form, Corporal Correction Consent form, and Financial Policy form, must all be completed and turned in to the school office with the non-refundable registration fee.
Many factors are taken into consideration with regard to the readmission of a student: academic effort, discipline record, parental cooperation, and prompt payment of accounts will be considered for students presently enrolled. Acceptance of each student is at the Principal’s sole prerogative.
Admission requirements for New Families
An Application, Agreement of Cooperation form, Corporal Correction Consent form, and Financial Policy form, must all be completed and turned in to the school office. NOTE: K4-1st grade students must be the proper age for enrollment by September 1st. A copy of the child’s birth certificate and Certificate of Immunization Compliance must accompany the application forms.
Forms may be picked up in the SCS office between 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. After forms are all carefully reviewed and signed, please contact the office to set up an appointment to meet with the principal. If the results of this interview are acceptable to all parties, then the necessary registration fee is paid in the office; and the student is officially enrolled at SCS.
